Stylish mountain hotel sensitively renovated in 2017 from a historic Šumava farmhouse. The hotel is located in an untouched and wild corner of Šumava at an altitude of 930 m above sea level. Wellness Hotel Florián in České Žleby provides high comfort for active visitors, especially lovers of wellness stays, cyclists, tourists and skiers. A rarity of the hotel are 7 small garden terraces, mostly oriented on the south side, some of which are private, as well as its own recreational park with activities and benches with a magnificent view of the Šumava peaks. In our area can be found a small ski resort, but bigger ski resort Mitterdorf is only 15 minutes away by car.

Location description

Šumava National Park, the central part between Lipno and Kvilda / Modrava at an altitude of 936 metres above sea level. Orientation of the building to the SOUTH, on the slopes of Žlebská mountain, which protects the hotel from western winds. The building is right next to the 1st zone of the national park. Beautiful walks directly from the hotel without the use of a car. The quiet location is the opposite of the Lipno, Kvilda and Modrava areas. The building is on a dead end street at the end of the small settlement.

Rooms description

8 double rooms and 4 double room suites furnished in a rustic style, some rooms with original historical elements. Room equipment of a high standard, more similar to a hotel of 4 star quality: wi-fi in the rooms, room bar, automatic temperature control in the rooms, safe, activities and trips tips in the rooms, card entries, security features. You can also stay in a glamping-style garden cabin (Glamore Camping).

Services description

The hotel has a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant focuses on Czech and European cuisine with a smaller selection of dishes, but balanced by a daily menu change. The hotel has its own high-quality modern wellness area with Cannadian hot tub, a Finnish sauna and an indoor pool. An outdoor heated pool is available during the summer season. We provide professional massages by certified masseurs. Common room for meetings and celebrations, equipped with a fireplace, capacity 16 people. A children’s corner is available for families. Fitness can then be found in the garden pavilion. Parking is possible free of charge directly at the hotel. We rent quality Giant mountain bikes and e-bikes. You can also rent the legendary American convertible Chevrolet Camaro.

Accommodation is only possible with half board. Buffet breakfast, dinner is served in the form of a three-course menu with a choice of three dishes and a choice of gourmet menu (extra charge). Wine shop with about 50 types of wines from the main wine-growing countries.
